2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept payment through CASH ON DELIVERY only. Where applicable, additional delivery, transaction, or service charges will be clearly communicated before checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund an order where a product has been incorrectly priced due to a technical or administrative error.

3. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or product updates. Such minor differences will not normally be considered defects.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to verify, accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete customer information, delivery limitations, or payment issues.

An order will generally be considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation or begin processing the order.

We may contact you by phone, email, WhatsApp, or another provided contact method to verify your order before dispatch.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to PAKISTAN-WIDE through our selected courier partners.

Orders are normally processed within 4 business days. Estimated delivery times are 6-7 days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays, strikes, incorrect addresses, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect information was provided or delivery was repeatedly refused.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Products may need to be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days business days through online transaction.

Original shipping charges and return delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. This includes attempting to interfere with the website's security or operation, submitting false information, impersonating another person, making fraudulent orders, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or using automated systems to misuse our website.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOLVO, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability relating to a particular purchase will generally not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Pakistan.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including the TOLVO name, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, product images, written content, and website design, belongs to TOLVO or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
